Mr. Sujit Jain is a serial entrepreneur with several successful ventures in Nutraceuticals, FMCG and Technology. Mr Jain is the Founder & Managing Director of Netsurf, a $100 million group of companies which include Netsurf Communications Pvt Ltd., Ajay Bio-tech (India) Ltd., Netsurf Research Labs Pvt Ltd., and Netsurf Entertainment LLP, under its banner. He seamlessly displays his mastery in global business expansion, strategic management and product innovation. Mr. Jain is also the corporate strategy advisor and Director at Mylab Discovery Solutions. Apart from work, he focuses on ecological issues, health and hygiene, and sports. He is on the advisory board of Niramay Foundation, an NGO that organizes medical camps in the slum areas of Pune to create awareness about protective measures for various diseases. He is also associated with LAKSHYA, an NGO that identifies the budding talented sports persons and nurtures them. Mr. Jain is also the board member of YPO Pune and member of EO Pune. He holds MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune.
Manoj is an IT and Management consulting expert. 14 years of Industry experience working in Supply chain management, Management Consultancy, IT Consultancy, Pre-Sales with companies like Adani Group, Tata Group, IBM & Icertis. As COO of SEVA Republic, Manoj is developing SEVA Republic as Sales and Technology leading platform of the world. He has been focusing on building strong customer relationship and reference throughout the customer life cycle. Manoj has a BBA (Hons) in Marketing and a MBA (IB) from FORE School of Management – New Delhi In his spare time, Manoj works with various Social service organisation and helped them to do more. He has been associated with social organisation like Rajarshi Shahu Vyayam Sangh, Jankalyan Samiti, Surajya Sarvangin Vikas Prakalp etc in various capacity. Manoj has been leading covid relief work in Pune as Covid Volunteer with various organisation and institution. He is also part of Core team @ Pune Platform for covid Response – PPCR. His other interests are reading about Indian History.
Mr. Hasmukh Rawal is the Managing Director and co-founder of Mylab Discovery Solutions. Hasmukh is biotechnologist-turned-entrepreneur and holds a postgraduate degree in medical biotechnology. Hasmukh has deep experience in the commercial development of applied molecular diagnostics solutions. He drives product strategy and new innovations at Mylab. He also closely manages the interface with the external stakeholders. He has deep understanding of the Indian diagnostics market which has close association with major industry players and academic and research institutes in the country. He is an avid cricket player and loves to travel.
Mr. Shailendra Kawade is the Co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Mylab Discovery Solutions. He co-founded Mylab and is instrumental in setting the vision for the company. With more than 15 years of experience in the life science industry, Mr. Kawade has a deep understanding of changing techno-commercial dynamics of life science, diagnostic and pharma industry.
