Innovators

Innovators are the ones who understand the market requirements and invent new technologies to fulfil the requirements of customers. SEVA terms these newly invented technologies or new inventions as ‘Innovations’. At SEVA, we have categorised these Innovations across 5 different verticals namely, Commerce Tech, Fin Tech, Farm Tech, Health Tech and Edu Tech.

Commerce Tech

A technology for the ecommerce market which allows a customer to create his own innovative shop and sell products to his customers through an online platform.

Fin Tech

A technology that will help customers get a loan through the financial technology platform, digitally without going to an actual bank.

Farm Tech

A technology that will help farmers to increase their crop yield, access to weather conditions, loans, nutritional inputs, disease-free solution, and supply chain.

Health Tech

A technology designed with a complete healthcare ecosystem in place comprising of doctor, pharmacy, blood bank, ambulance service, and diagnostics.

EdTech

A technology for schools, colleges, and institutes to migrate critical data of students and files online. It will help for storage of data, for online courses, for extracurricular activities etc…

Platform

Through the in-house platform called the SEVA Saathi App, SEVA will onboard the Innovators and its innovations. SEVA will also set the right-fit sales channel who will learn about the innovations and sell them to the right customer. This platform will help our salesperson, called a SEVA Saathi’s to understand and learn about the innovations that SEVA onboards. It will be mandatory for each SEVA Saathi, after getting registered on the SEVA Saathi App, to go through the meticulous Learning Management Modules. After successful completion, the SEVA Saathi will receive a Learning Certificate. This will empower the Saathi and make them eligible to sell the innovations Whenever The SEVA Saathi sells an innovation to a customer through the SEVA App, the Saathi gets a commission on each sale. In this way, the Saathi can increase his earning through commissions by selling the innovations to multiple customers.

The Sales and Distribution has 2 layers in the channel:

Agencies

The appointed agencies by Seva Republic across India will hire and train the Saathi's who will sell the innovations.

Saathi’s

Saathi’s are the one who will sell the innovations to the right customer. Saathi’s are the actual sales team that will be identified and onboarded by the Agency depending on the requirement of skills.

However as a part of the onboarding process, it will be mandatory for each SEVA Saathi, after getting registered on the SEVA Saathi App, to go through the meticulous Learning Management Modules. After successful completion, the SEVA Saathi will receive a Learning Certificate. This will empower the Saathi and make him eligible to sell the innovations they want to sell. There are certain criteria which need to be followed to onboard a Saathi:
