In today’s technology market in India, innovations (digital Apps) that are created by individual Innovators (technology creators) or companies for the marketplace are not reaching the right customer hence, not making the right impact. There is a huge gap in digital Apps between identifying and selling them to the right customer. By simply posting the digital App on Android and iOS, Innovators or companies were not able to reach the right customers and garner high sales volumes and customer base. The core reason behind this is due to lack of knowledge about technology for which there is lack of human intervention or to put in simply, the lack of human touch.
In order to fill the gap of technological sales, SEVA (Software Ecommerce Value Added Services) has been established as a digital platform to sell technologies. SEVA powered by the smart sales and distribution network, will act as a human intervention between a technological solution (APP) and the customer. It is mandatory for each SEVA Saathi to undergo a brief training of the digital App through SEVA’s seamless Learning Management System which will help our Saathi’s to understand the whole concept of technology and its features. This will empower each SEVA Saathi to sell the right digital Apps to the right customer.
